Consultations are professional services designed to support clarity, structured thinking, and informed decision-making.
These services are consultative in nature and do not constitute therapy or legal advice and do not establish a therapist-client, healthcare provider, or attorney-client relationship.
You retain full responsibility for all decisions and outcomes.
Payment is required at the time of scheduling. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. Missed or late cancellations may be forfeited.
Consultations are conducted via Zoom unless otherwise arranged. By scheduling, you consent to this format.
No Professional Relationship
Use of this website, including submitting a contact form, does not by itself establish a professional relationship. A professional relationship is established upon scheduling and mutual agreement to the terms of service.
Nature of Services
The services offered through this practice include relational consultation, mediation, and professional guidance. These services are designed to support clarity, structured decision-making, and forward movement in complex personal and professional situations.
These services are not therapy or counseling and are provided in a consultative capacity. While Melissa Sulkowski holds licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Registered Nurse (RN) in Pennsylvania, services offered through this practice are not delivered as clinical or healthcare services.
Consultation is distinct from mediation and other structured processes. If services extend beyond consultation, a separate agreement outlining the scope and terms of those services will be provided.
