Nature of Services
The services offered through this practice include relational consultation, mediation, and professional guidance. These services are designed to support clarity, structured decision-making, and forward movement in complex personal and professional situations.
These services are not therapy or counseling and are provided in a consultative capacity. While Melissa Sulkowski holds licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Registered Nurse (RN) in Pennsylvania, services provided by Melissa Sulkowski, LLC are not delivered as clinical or healthcare services.
Consultation is distinct from mediation and other structured processes. Services extending beyond the initial Relational Consultation may be offered through a defined Engagement with a separate scope and fee.
Clients retain responsibility for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes.
Virtual and In-Person Consultations
Consultations are conducted virtually unless otherwise arranged. In-person consultations are available on a limited basis for clients in the local area.
Payments and Cancellations
A payment card is required to reserve appointments and is securely stored through the payment processor. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments are charged in full.
